Effective April 15, the Veterans Benefit Counselor Chet Chetelat will relocate from the VFW building
to the Weiss Center (the Old Post Office at the top of Main Street) on the lower level, enter from the rear of the building.
There will be signs inside the building, and Customer Service can also direct you to the new office location.
This will be a permanent move, and the veterans representative will be there Tuesdays from noon to 3 p.m.
Bring discharge papers (DD-214 ) and other pertinent papers you may need to discuss the matter.
All veterans, from the Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine, combat or noncombat,
are welcome to this office. Call Chet Chetelat at 872-6433 or the office (Noon to 3 p.m. Tuesdays only) at 729-3163.
Chet is not only our Veterans Benefit Counselor but also our Post Chaplain. He his wonderful at his jobs and we
could not be as successful as we are without him.

- Pension/Compensation Help.
- Funeral Data.
- Counselling on Benefits Due.
- Medical Benefits Due.

Post Chaplain Services Provided
- Visits those members in ill health.
- Provides friendship to the family of those in ill health.
- Will provide the service if requested by the family.
- Attend Funeral/Wake if requested.
- Give the Invocation if requested.
- Provides the Family of the deceased with a Bible and Flag Box.
